Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Author Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at promoting our author programs and increasing engagement with our publishing services.

In Short

• Create awesome marketing campaigns to boost our journals' visibility and get more authors on board.
• Work closely with our publishing, digital, regional, product, and strategic marketing teams.
• Run campaigns across email, social media, our website, and events.
• Keep an eye on market trends and customer feedback.
• Track marketing performance and suggest improvements.
• Build strong connections with authors and stakeholders.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a dedicated marketing role.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong analytical skills to inform decisions.
• A creative thinker who uses data to drive decision-making.
• Familiarity with email build platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with paid social media platforms.
