Affiliate Manager - Remote

Overview

EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building a complete ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to scale our global presence through influencer and KOL partnerships in the crypto, fintech, and investment sectors.

In Short

• Identify and onboard influencers and KOLs in crypto and fintech.
• Build and maintain a CRM database of influencer leads.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and manage contracts.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize influencer performance through analytics.
• Develop joint activities with influencers and affiliates.
• Represent EMCD at industry events.
• 2+ years of experience in influencer or partnership marketing.
• Strong understanding of CPA and RevShare models.
• Proactive, natural networker, and adaptable.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer or partnership marketing.
• Existing network of influencers in the crypto or fintech niche.
• Solid understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Sub-referral mechanics.
• Experience with affiliate tracking tools and campaign analytics.
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher + Russian mandatory; Spanish is a strong plus.
