Public Policy Lead - Remote

Overview

This role is remote and can be executed in the United States. The Public Policy Lead will drive our public policy and public sector engagement strategies globally, represent ElevenLabs in conversations with policymakers and other stakeholders, monitor and track regulatory developments that impact the company, and help shape frameworks that promote innovation and the responsible use of AI.

In Short

• Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials globally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, and civil society groups.
• Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events.
• Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
• Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on global policy trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in public and private sector policy roles, focused on AI and tech.
• Strong knowledge of the global AI policy landscape.
• Demonstrated success in designing and influencing policy outcomes.
• Public policy experience both within and outside the U.S.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
