Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead operations, product development workflows, and client communication across both our DTC brand and white-label partnerships.

• Coordinate with manufacturers on formula adjustments and ingredient sourcing.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners.

• Proactively solve production or shipping delays.
• Maintain organized archives of product specs and creative assets.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management in product development or DTC brands.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in project management tools and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
