Overview

We’re seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Manager who is comfortable with both tactical and strategic responsibilities.

In Short

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage the month-end close process
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain accurate and timely general ledger entries
• Collaborate directly with the co-founders on evolving financial processes
• Provide a second set of eyes on accounting tasks
• Potentially help manage future team members
