• Lead digital advertising campaigns in Facebook and Google Ads for all markets
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for higher efficiency
• Recommend new copy & creative based on metrics
• Propose optimizations and assure quality control of campaigns
• Prepare reports with insights and actionable steps
• Research keywords, market trends, and competition
• Develop and implement tests rapidly
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
• Experience with analytics and research tools
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong familiarity with marketing funnels and attribution analysis
• International awareness and understanding of diverse cultures
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
