Product Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Product Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading new client and expansion implementations, partnering with Sales and Customer Success Management to ensure successful adoption of the eHealth Technologies platform.

In Short

• Manage customer launches from kick-off to transition to Customer Success.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key customer personnel.
• Assist in understanding customer workflow and fit for eHealth products.
• Mitigate critical situations between the customer and eHealth.
• Determine and demonstrate the value delivered to customers.
• Facilitate regular reviews and maintain action registers of customer needs.
• Conduct ongoing customer trainings and optimizations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work in a fast-paced, technical, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Effective educational and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
• Proficiency with software (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and understand eHealth Technologies business.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
