Overview

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in business travel, you’ll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate clients in German and English.

In Short

  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers.
  • Educate customers on travel options including air, road, rail, and accommodations.
  • Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Amadeus.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
  • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests.
  • Collaborate within your team to coach and mentor.
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, following the German holiday calendar.
  • Training provided, with the first and last week in Warsaw.
  • Flexible benefits tailored to each country.

Requirements

  • Professional communication in German (C1) and English (B2).
  • Min. 6 months of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Skilled communicator across multiple channels (Email/Chat/Phone).
  • Passion for excellence in client service.
  • Act with integrity and look after personal traveler information.
  • Teamwork and openness to feedback.
  • Open to learning and using new technology.
