Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations or consulting.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with digital manufacturing technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
