Construction Field Technician - Remote

Overview

Century Cabinets, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative with Construction experience to act as a liaison between the company and builders/superintendents/sub-contractors, ensuring excellent completion of all orders.

In Short

• Act as Liaison to Customers (Field Personnel/Superintendents/Sub-Contractors)
• Perform Homeowner Warranty and Service work as required.
• Schedule Drops/Installation of countertops with partner fabricators
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Cabinet Industry knowledge Preferred
• Experience of Carpentry or tools required
• Excellent communications skills – ability to be clearly understood on phone as well as clear concise written communication.
• Excellent multi-talker
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively represent Century Cabinets with our customers & subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet’s and Quick Books helpful
• Prior experience with online builder supply portals (i.e., Supply Pro) helpful
• MUST live in an area that you can travel to Jacksonville and Gainesville
