We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, and animation, with a passion for creating visually compelling content across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in crafting engaging multimedia materials that communicate our brand message effectively and resonate with our target audience. You will have responsibility for visual communication projects for different types of media to create engaging experiences.

In Short

• Design and Create: Develop and execute high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, 3D visuals and gamification content for a range of different communication channels including websites, social media, email, public relations, advertising, events and presentations.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualise creative ideas that align with communication strategies and project goals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia content is consistent with our brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
• Video Production: Manage the end-to-end video production process, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Animation: Create engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
• Sound Design: Create audio elements for multimedia projects, including music, sound effects, and voiceovers.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.) to produce high-quality designs and videos.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve content.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and fresh content creation.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
