Overview

The Clinical Research Intern supports the Clinical Operations team by assisting with essential administrative and data management activities to ensure the accuracy, organization, and compliance of clinical trial documentation and systems.

In Short

• Maintain and update study information on ClinicalTrials.gov.
• Perform document filing and maintenance within Veeva Vault.
• Assist with EDC data management activities.
• Support data entry and verification activities.
• Maintain site data in the BSI CTMS.
• Conduct quality checks across clinical systems.
• Collaborate with Clinical team members.
• Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in sciences or healthcare.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in clinical research and regulatory processes.
