In Short

• Participate in building scalable accounting processes to support global growth.
• Plan and perform monthly and quarterly close activities.
• Partner with various teams to support internal financial systems process improvements.
• Research and prepare technical accounting analyses.
• Design and implement effective internal control procedures.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedural documentation.
• Develop accounting requirements documents for automation.
• Monitor the work of external audit and consultancy.

Requirements

• Solid accounting and/or industry experience.
• Graduated in Accounting or Administration/Economics (CRC active).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with large data, SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge in IFRS and BRGAAP.
• Advanced/Fluent Spanish.
• Knowledge in SAP (S4Hana).
• Demonstrated history of taking on challenging projects.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
