In Short

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices in ABA.
  • Provide direct ABA services and interventions to clients.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Participate in professional development and stay current with ABA research.
  • Manage the physical and emotional demands of the role.
  • Travel to multiple work sites and client homes as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience in ABA.
  • Significant knowledge of ABA and experience with ASD.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA practices.
  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass health screenings and background checks.
  • CPR and other relevant certifications required.
  • Bilingual or American Sign Language skills preferred.
