Overview

ABA Case Supervisors: BCBAs are responsible for organizing and maintaining data collection and statistical analysis systems for programs; conducting behavioral assessments and program implementation; directing clinical activities and staff/parent training.

In Short

  • Maintain confidentiality as outlined by HIPAA protocols.
  • Collect and record data based on client observable behavior.
  • Develop and write FBA’s and individual treatment plans (ITP).
  • Write progress notes and assist direct therapists in documentation needs.
  • Guide and train in the implementation of treatment sessions.
  • Develop behavior protocols for clients.
  • Meet billable requirements as assigned by Clinical Director.
  • Conduct VB-MAPP assessments and other assessments.
  • Review graphs and make intervention changes as appropriate.
  • Complete quarterly progress reports and maintain certification.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in ABA or related field.
  • Licensure in Pennsylvania as a psychologist or behavior specialist.
  • Certification as a BCBA, QBA, or IBA.
