In Short

• The Legal Operations Analyst reports to the Legal Operations Manager.
• Work closely with attorneys and the Legal Operations team.
• Assist with conflict management processes.
• Administer and maintain legal systems including Intapp.
• Perform conflicts analysis for new hires and matters.
• Document conflicts-related processes and maintain records.
• Coordinate user training and support for legal systems.
• Build and maintain ethical screens in Intapp Walls.
• Actively pursue professional development.
• Work a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in legal operations preferred.
• Understanding of legal conflicts and ethical rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with legal systems like Intapp preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new software.
