Legal Operations Analyst II - Remote

We are hiring an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to support Legal Platform Services, including both Vendor Legal and Commercial Legal teams. This role will drive contract operations and technology initiatives across multiple teams.

In Short

• Manage and optimize Ironclad CLM platform.
• Oversee contract database management.
• Develop and implement technical solutions for contract management.
• Partner with IT and vendors on system integrations.
• Create training materials and documentation for contract management systems.
• Support process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards for Legal Leadership.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and audits.
• Oversee knowledge management and maintain legal resources.
• Assist with administrative and project management tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Ironclad and similar platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, and Google tools.
• Success in implementing legal technology solutions.
• Comfort with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Project management skills across multiple stakeholders.
• In-house legal team experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to simplify and improve legal processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
