Requirements

• Customer service experience required.
• 3 years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and competent with tools.
• Must be self-motivated and trustworthy.
• Efficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required.
• Basic tools for equipment repair are necessary.
• Must have a good driving record; CDL is a plus.
