Overview

As a Senior Quantitative Product Researcher at EarnIn, you will define and measure how customers utilize EarnIn’s financial services platform, discovering unmet financial needs through quantitative research.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, HCI, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
• 3 years of product research experience in a digital consumer products company.
• Experience in delivering quantitative research and driving results.
• Proficient in programming statistical algorithms for large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes.
• Excellent command of research questions and data analysis tools.
• Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Stata) and SQL.
• Experience in survey design and analysis, with Qualtrics skills beneficial.
