Vice President, Tax and Accounting Solutions - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Vice President, Tax and Accounting Solutions. You will lead the strategic direction of the organization’s tax and accounting functions as we continue to scale our business in the US.

In Short

• Own the creation of a fully integrated Earned Wealth approach to tax services.
• Provide strategic guidance on all tax-related matters for clients.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance.
• Oversee tax, accounting and bookkeeping operations.
• Work with Product organization to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate tax considerations.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
• Drive project management and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate taxation.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Experience integrating varying tax processes.
