Remote Treatment Specialist - Audiologist

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treatment Specialist to provide remote hearing healthcare services for Earlens hearing devices.

In Short

• Conduct hearing assessments and diagnostics using remote tech.
• Provide remote counseling and support to patients regarding hearing loss.
• Recommend, sell, and fit appropriate Earlens solutions.
• Document patient interactions in the electronic medical record system.
• Assist with scheduling activities and collaborate with resources.
• Provide excellent patient care and proactive customer service.
• Stay updated with advancements in hearing and telehealth technology.
• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the clinic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or related field.
• CA state license to practice as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hearing instrument fitting.
• Experience with telehealth technology preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
