The Digital Product Management team for Corporate Services HR is looking for a Product Owner who will drive the digitalization of HR processes and manage the development and operation of HR products.

In Short

• Act as the interface between HR and IT.
• Lead the transition to a company-wide HR all-in-one suite.
• Develop a product vision based on process understanding.
• Work with agile methodologies and classic project management.
• Monitor market trends and new software features.
• Serve as a contact for stakeholders and support users.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Experience as a liaison between HR and IT.
• High IT affinity and knowledge of HR software.
• Experience with SAP HCM and/or Dayforce is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Passionate about digital product development.
