We’re seeking a SuccessFactors Project Manager to support a key client project. This is a senior-level contract role for someone with a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors delivery — not a step-up opportunity. You’ll take ownership of project planning and execution, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery of high-quality business outcomes.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation
• Lead project planning, status reporting, risk management, and governance
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Oversee testing, change management, and cutover planning
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and client business objectives

Requirements

• Strong project management experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects on a part-time basis
• Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills
• Experience working within client delivery environments
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA landscapes a plus
