Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Must meet state regulations for dialysis settings.
• Knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Functional proficiency with DaVita applications within 60 days.
