Senior Analyst, Reporting (ROPS) - Remote

Overview

As an Analyst within ROPS, you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing business outcomes for various operational teams that impact DaVita’s revenue cycle.

In Short

• Perform complex analysis including analytical modeling
• Develop automated reporting around key business drivers
• Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access
• Synthesize analytical findings to recommend strategic improvements
• Influence change through effective communication
• Create and maintain project plans and lead updates
• Manage resources and time effectively
• 6 to 8 years’ experience or applicable work experience
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)
• Master’s degree preferred
• Strong quantitative & problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
