Senior Analyst, Medical Risk Evaluation - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst in Medical Risk Evaluation will be responsible for monitoring and communicating the performance of value-based care programs at DaVita IKC, utilizing advanced data analytics to inform program performance and model of care design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health informatics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business/financial analysis, preferably in healthcare.
• 3-5 years of SQL experience, with Snowflake preferred.
• Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Extensive Excel experience with data manipulation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter mentality with thoughtful execution abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Interest and strengths in data analysis and innovation.
