Requirements

• Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet.
• Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics.
• Healthcare experience preferred (e.g., CNA, CHT).
• Strong commitment to patient safety and care quality.
• Ability to educate patients on dialysis-related topics.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
