In Short

• Assist Sales and Account Management with product pitches, consultations, and trainings in-person and remotely
• Work closely with Product Management to drive new product development
• Capture feedback to identify product opportunities
• Client-facing role with extensive exposure to various teams
• Contribute to growth and retention initiatives
• Leverage technical knowledge of solutions
• Communicate value propositions effectively
• Develop rapport with clients
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration
• Play a significant role in the company’s success

Requirements

• Capital Markets experience in Structured Products, ideally ABS or RMBS
• Knowledge of legacy ABS workflow solutions, like Intex or Bloomberg
• Experience with Financial Technology, ideally SAAS products, Excel, SQL, or another coding language
• 5+ years post-graduate work experience with at least 3 years in customer support
• Great communicator with outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to distill complex issues into simple terms
• Motivated and proactive individual
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
