Overview

This position supports field personnel in construction and maintenance activities for substation and transmission line assets, preparing work packages and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

In Short

• Develop work packages for construction and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and document work progress and variances.
• Coordinate with various work groups to schedule high-priority tasks.
• Ensure compliance with NERC documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related work experience or 7 years without a degree.
• Knowledge of work management systems (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in electrical maintenance and construction practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans.
• Experience with resource allocation and scheduling.
• Familiarity with DOT and environmental permits.
