As-Needed Evacuation Planner - Remote

Overview

Dudek is seeking a mid-level professional to join our fire protection and evacuation planning team on an as-needed basis working varying hours based on your availability. Dudek's team has been working in the wildfire assessment and fire protection planning field for over 20 years. We work with landowners, development companies and land management agencies to evaluate wildfire hazards and evacuation approaches and develop plans that provide a framework for analyzing evacuation impacts according to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in emergency planning.
• Ability to analyze data sets and summarize reports.
• Understanding of site development plan drawings.
• Excellent writing and analysis skills.

• Desirable certifications in emergency management.
• Proficiency with evacuation modeling software.
