Procurement Associate (EMEA Shift) - Remote

Overview

The Procurement Associate will support the procurement teams by overseeing aspects of procurement including supplier management, contract management, and vendor performance tracking, while working within a flexible/hybrid model.

• Responsible for maintaining procurement systems and accurate information.
• Collaborate with sourcing leads and SMEs for timely engagement execution.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and statement of work documentation.
• Gather and analyze spend and supplier performance data.
• Design business analysis and operational dashboards.
• Monitor service delivery data and identify trends.
• Communicate data analysis results to management.
• Publish financial reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams for process improvement.
• Maintain and update procurement systems for accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
