Overview

The Area Supervisor at DuPont is responsible for overseeing production employees, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies, and driving organizational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, including 3 years in leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
