In Short

• Develop, maintain, and enhance UI components for our design system.
• Collaborate closely with designers to translate designs into clean, efficient code.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design decisions for new UI development.
• Ensure the design system adheres to WCAG guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Write clear documentation for design system components and usage guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to improve code quality.
• Stay informed about the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve internal customer issues related to the design system.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand their needs.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in front-end development with design systems.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
