Overview

Dropbox is hiring a forward-thinking FP&A Systems Administrator to join our Corporate FP&A Systems team. This role is a unique opportunity to lead the management and optimization of Oracle EPM tools, ensuring our financial planning and reporting processes are seamless and future-ready. You will design and implement scalable solutions, integrating data from modern platforms to empower our FP&A team with timely, actionable insights.

In Short

  • Administer and enhance Oracle EPM tools (PBCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting).
  • Design and optimize data integration workflows using tools like Alteryx, ODI, and APIs.
  • Write advanced business rules and leverage Groovy scripting.
  • Architect solutions leveraging BSO/Hybrid and ASO cubes.
  • Develop intuitive dashboards and advanced analytics in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Create and maintain workforce planning models.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively explore and implement new Oracle EPM functionalities.
  • Must be based on the West Coast/PST time zone.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of financial systems administration experience with Oracle EPM tools.
  • Mastery of Groovy/MDX scripting and optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing allocation models.
  • Deep experience in workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain robust data integration workflows.
  • Comprehensive understanding of modern data warehousing concepts.
  • Advanced understanding of FP&A processes.
  • Demonstrated excellence in performance tuning of calculations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
