Overview

The Client Account Manager at Drop Zero Digital is responsible for managing client relationships, delivering insights, and ensuring the success of eCommerce email marketing strategies.

In Short

• Part-time role (50-100 hours per month) with potential for growth.

• Track hours using Hubstaff and maintain high productivity.
• Participate in a 4-day async paid trial before onboarding.
• Provide feedback and support for fast-paced projects.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing is a plus.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational and summarization skills.
• Comfortable with structured systems and deadlines.
• Proactive and responsive under pressure.
• Familiarity with time-tracking tools like Hubstaff.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
