Mid Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic junior/mid-level project manager to work remotely for our global clients. Ideally, you have experience in web development, digital marketing, and email development projects and are interested in working alongside a diverse and collaborative growing team.

In Short

• Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments.
• Direct and monitor work efforts daily.
• Manage relationships and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Assign and schedule project tasks.
• Track projects and provide regular status reports.
• Create documentation and manage administrative tasks.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Perform quality reviews and escalate issues.
• Keep updated status of tasks and manage resources.
• Work independently with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technology projects.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Digital Marketing and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Excel and Google spreadsheets.
• Adept at conflict resolution and negotiation.
• English B2+ or above is required.
• Certifications in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager are a plus.
