In Short

• Directly support clients with their respective ICS/OT security and cyber threat intelligence needs.
• Leverage multiple ICS/OT CTI sources to respond to client inquiries and draft recurring deliverables.
• Help drive client adoption and utilization of Dragos products and services.
• Build and maintain a working knowledge of ICS/OT threats and risks.
• Provide support and feedback to other internal Dragos teams.
• Drive adoption and maintenance of client’s ICS/OT priority intelligence requirements.
• Conduct in-depth ICS/OT CTI investigations and craft actionable deliverables.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• At least four (4) years in Open-Source Intelligence, Cyber Threat Intelligence, or Incident Response.
• At least two (2) years in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with writing CTI analysis products.
• Knowledge of CTI threats impacting various industry verticals.
• Understanding of ICS/OT technology and how adversaries can exploit it.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as Mitre ATT&CK.
• Experience with ICS/OT network topology and standard protocols.
• Experience with data aggregation, hunting, and analysis tools.
