In Short

• Designing and building advanced Salesforce solutions.
• Utilise declarative functionality to implement system enhancements.
• Work with 3rd party and internal development teams for custom functionality.
• Continue professional development of Salesforce certifications and skills.
• Undertake knowledge transfer of new functionality to senior managers.
• Building and maintenance of reporting and dashboard suites.
• Act as an escalation point for second line support questions.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Delivering the full life cycle of projects from requirement gathering to delivery.
• This role will involve some national travel.

Requirements

• ADM 201 certified.
• Platform App Builder.
• Experience in Mulesoft and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is beneficial.
