Freelance Marketplace Growth Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Freelance Marketplace Manager to help expand and optimize our e-commerce brand presence across multiple marketplaces through Mirakl and other relevant platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the end-to-end process of marketplace integration, product catalog setup, performance optimization, and strategic growth.

In Short

• Identify relevant marketplaces for the brand’s niche and positioning.
• Manage the acceptance and onboarding process until the account is fully active.
• Prepare and upload product catalogs to each marketplace.
• Optimize product listings for marketplaces’ internal SEO.
• Track sales and performance per marketplace.
• Monitor orders and customer returns.
• Provide regular reports on sales and performance.
• Define the roadmap for launching on new marketplaces.
• Self-starter, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
• Work with a trusted freelance partner for ongoing collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience with Mirakl and other multi-marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including Shopify integrations.
• Experience managing product catalogs, SKUs, and variant optimization.
• Knowledge of marketplace SEO and optimization strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English or French.
