Overview

The Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales will manage and improve processes that drive growth and efficiency in the ads and promotions offering at DoorDash.

• Be a founding member of the DoorDash Ads & Promos team
• Partner with multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve processes and tools
• Grow advertiser value and revenue by optimizing campaign delivery
• Execute campaign contracts and manage setup and billing

Requirements

• 4-year college degree
• 2+ years of experience in Ad operations or related fields
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack
• Ability to learn new concepts and tools
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical skills with familiarity in advertising goals and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Comfortable in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
• Passion for data, operations, and customer service
