Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • At least 2 years in a management role.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze and other CRM tools.
  • Ability to read, write, and edit HTML/CSS and/or SQL.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Collaborative approach to work effectively with teams.
