Freelance Marketing Operations Project Manager - Remote

Dolead is a global leader in Lead Generation, helping over 200 clients across 15 countries turn paid media into measurable pipeline. We are looking for a freelance Marketing Operations Project Manager to support our growth by managing various projects and collaborating with different teams.

In Short

• Work with internal tools to ensure operational configuration for clients.
• Create Landing Pages and provide feedback for improvements.
• Manage and follow new client launches.
• Monitor and investigate KPIs like Billable Rate and CVR.
• Act as a cross-functional project manager for client launches.
• Set up AB testing and analyze data for performance optimization.
• Propose and implement ideas to enhance conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve internal tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Webdesign.
• Strong marketing expertise and understanding of the marketing funnel.
• Expertise in Landing Pages design and management.
• Project management skills to coordinate team objectives.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity about consumer experience.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• International account management experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus.
