• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Native platforms.
• Own performance tracking: CPL, volume, lead quality, and keep a clear ROI mindset.
• Work closely with international teams to ensure smooth delivery end-to-end.
• Apply best practices, challenge setups, and propose advanced optimizations.
• Produce clear, regular KPI reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns.
• Experience with the UK market and/or B2B environments.
• Strong command of Google Ads and ideally Microsoft + Meta.
• Comfortable in data-driven, lead-gen contexts.
• Autonomous, rigorous, results-oriented.
• Native English or high proficiency.
