Overview

The GCP Product Support Specialist/Billing Specialist will be an integral part of our Client Services team, providing world-class SaaS application and billing support in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Operate as a DoiT expert on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing inquiries.
  • Analyze customer billing lines and report discrepancies to the engineering team.
  • Respond urgently to customer support issues.
  • Inform the team of new information related to products and trends in GCP.
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer support requests.
  • Document all issues and ensure they are logged properly.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Create knowledge base articles and enhance product documentation.
  • Work with technical writing teams on new feature documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical support role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1-2+ years of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing experience.
  • Experience with Ticketing/Case Management Systems like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software problems and use bug tracking systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Experience creating documentation for support organizations.
  • Service mindset with empathy and conflict resolution skills.
