Overview

As a UX Ops Manager, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating the tools, processes, and governance that will support our Product and Tech organisation to be extremely efficient.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product operations or related roles.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Experience with localization/translation workflows.
• Understanding of UX research methodologies.
• Proven track record of optimizing operational processes.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
