UX Designer - Remote

In Short

• Design user interfaces – creating intuitive and aesthetic mockups and prototypes
• Optimize existing solutions for UX – analyzing and improving digital products
• Monitor the results of implemented UX solutions – tracking user data and assessing the effectiveness of solutions
• Work in Figma – utilizing tools for designing and prototyping interfaces
• Track trends and new technologies in UX – applying the latest practices in design
• Implement improvements in digital products – adapting products to user data and expectations

Requirements

• Portfolio with previous UX projects
• At least 2 years of experience in UX and a good understanding of design processes
• Willingness to visit our office in Warsaw once a month
• Fluent in Polish, both spoken and written
• Ability to solve problems and a creative approach to challenges
• Proactive and unconventional – eager to initiate actions and propose innovative solutions
• Detail-oriented and diligent in task execution
• Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure are a plus
