Requirements

• Strong relational database expertise.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Ability to unblock engineering teams in technical discussions.
• Experience in cross-team initiatives.
• Commitment to proactive and value-driven development.
• Strong communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience in SRE practices.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding engineers.
