Overview

As a Senior Product Analyst at Docplanner, you will focus on generating insights for product decision-making and help product teams achieve their goals by leveraging data.

In Short

• Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts related to team metrics.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to create and validate hypotheses.
• Manipulate large data sets to derive insights and perform root-cause analysis.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Shape product strategy with data-driven insights.
• Work with Data Engineering to maintain and improve data sources.
• Define specs for software instrumentation to enhance customer interaction visibility.
• Analyze funnels and conversion rates, leading experiments and A/B tests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics with business KPIs.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with event-tracking tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with Python and data science libraries.
• Great communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong data manipulation and transformation skills.
• Experience in running A/B tests and interpreting results.
