Product Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Product Analyst at Docplanner, you will own the metrics and analytical direction for your product area, working directly with Product Directors to influence strategy and roadmap priorities.

In Short

• Work with product areas to build the product strategically.
• Create and maintain dashboards, analysis, and forecasts.
• Manipulate and transform large data-sets for insights.
• Collaborate with the Product team for feature testing.
• Perform segmentation analysis to understand customer engagement.
• Work closely with Data Engineering to improve data sources.
• 5+ years in analytics, with a focus on product management.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Great communication skills for translating complex analyses.
• Experience designing and measuring A/B Tests.

Requirements

• Curiosity and a passion for data analysis.
• Excellent understanding of statistics.
• Experience in SaaS product organizations.
• Familiarity with complex data manipulation.
• Ability to train and coach others.
• Experience with Python and data science libraries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis.
• Understanding of data pipelines and flows.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
