Customer Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling services and products from our portfolio to support the company's growth strategy.

In Short

• Active sales based on provided leads and existing client base.
• Upselling new solutions to existing clients.
• Conducting professional video calls with clients for product presentations and sales.
• Managing data in CRM (HubSpot) and using a telephone system (TalkDesk).
• Daily work rhythm involving numerous client calls and efficient lead handling.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in telephone sales.
• Ability to work with KPIs and achieve sales goals.
• Understanding of B2C and B2B client needs.
• Talent for asking relevant questions and effectively assessing client needs.
• Proactive sales approach focused on relationship building.
• Experience in conducting online meetings and working with CRM systems is a plus.
